It is about 20ohm and my devices react normally for that. You must log in or register to reply here. The 2 switches change the tuning quite a bit. Legacy 3 & Voyager 3 Review by audiodiscourse.com With the Legacy 3, I was happy almost every single time I had them on, so much, that I decided to buy a custom pair to go along with the universal set I already purchased. Does it deserve your attention? Curious about these, but the short & thick nozzle has me hesitating. Thieaudio is a relatively new Chinese headphone and earphone manufacturer. Well recorded songs or singers with smooth vocals (IU, Bill Wither, Momoko Kikuchi) will sound heavenly on Voyager 3. Nevertheless, I don't want to make the V3 worse than it is. In the HeadFi-Forum the ISN H40 has great reviews and negativ point are nearly not existent.Yes I have ordered both of them to check them out. Value is very good, if this is TOTL level (don't ask me, i don't have enough experience) $1000 bux is a great deal. The Legacy 3 is perhaps the most comfortable IEM I’ve worn to date, besting even the qdc Anole VX. In this review, I’m checking out the Thieaudio Voyager 3 in-ear monitor. Review will also come out for both and VS with 6 different sub 200$ IEM shootout, Voyager 3 vs ISN H40 vs Moondrop KXXS vs Oriolus Finschi vs Ikko OH10 vs Shozy Form 1.4So I hope it will be as enjoyable for everyone else as it will be for me Is the review out? The Voyager 3 was a little less comfortable with its larger sized shell and nozzle angle. Review will also come out for both and VS with 6 different sub 200$ IEM shootout, Voyager 3 vs ISN H40 vs Moondrop KXXS vs Oriolus Finschi vs Ikko OH10 vs Shozy Form 1.4. ThanksNew comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be castThis subreddit is dedicated to a community of enthusiast and newcomers. The ThieAudio Voyager 3 is an in-ear monitor (IEM) utilizing three balanced armature drivers per side. JavaScript is disabled. The Legacy 3 is almost an identical shaped design as the VX but shrunken down a bit, which works very well with my smaller ear size. So it doesn't manage to attack the top and is placed in the upper midfield. I am currently owning Tri i3 and Shouer Tape, and would like to have a BA+DD alternative. But it could use some more fine-tuning, because it has the technical requirements. Impressions, reviews, comparisons, everything. Let’s find out. Didn't the Voyager 14 has 16 drivers, since the description speaks about 8 drivers per side?No dude, the 14 has 14 BAs per side, so 28 total. I am undecided in between H40, Shozy Form 1.4 and Thieaudio Legacy 3 (or Voyager 3).Did you ever end up doing this review?
Warning: Voyager 3 does provide more intimate, smooth vocal/mids but it could be sibilant on some songs. Also i decided to go for that over the voyager as the voyager 3 is an all BA iem and i'm not a fan of all BA iems, they just have a vacuumy feel in the ear which is annoying.Hey man! In short Voyager 3 > Legacy 3 > Tape. These are the exact IEMs I'm deciding between cause Im trying to find an upgrade from my moondrop starfieldI'll be getting the H40 this week, seems too good to be true but we'll see. The shell (and switches) reminds me of the Tansio Mirai shells which I had fit issues with.I thought I'd mention that this IEM is not super ultra sensitive like the number of BAs might suggest.
They look nice, the cable is soft, good quality, nice water-resistant carrying case. This item is very sensitive to hiss, but the good news is that you don't really need an amp for them, even if i … Here you can ask which headphone is better, which amp you should buy, which gear best fit your budget and anything related to headphone comparisons and purchasing.Press J to jump to the feed.
ThieAudio Voyager 3 ($159) The Voyager 3 (review here) is a triple balanced armature driver IEM from the same company. Curious about these, but the short & thick nozzle has me hesitating. 3. fit is incredibly good, also the IEM is light and small for how many BAs it has. The Voyager 3 uses a three-way crossover with two separate sound bores. For under $200, a custom with … What stands out immediately is the Voyager 3’s BA bass which lacks the extension and authority of the Legacy 3’s dynamic driver. They recently released an IEM series under the Voyager moniker. I'm curious as to what the actual benefits of cramming 14 bas in a tiny iem package, at some point there's got to be diminishing returns / tradeoffs to making the bas smaller and smaller so you can cram more in from an engineering perspective. © 2001-2020 Head-Fi.org.
