I called the other installer who had given me a lower quote to cancel but he proceeded to beat Jamie’s offer yet again. Maybe he forgot that he was a sales person, that he’d mention to match or beat other offers, or forgot that there was no contract yet or even be a professional and not be rude to customers. How many solar panel companies will let you talk to ANY customer you like? No leaks! I don't like how he puts pressure on the buyer. The vast majority of photovoltaic products, or solar panels, is being installed in remote areas by giant solar farms that sell the energy to utilities. I don't buy that.

The install team were extraordinarily professional, clean, and capable. )...they listened to every nuance of what I needed done, up to including how the electrical line was run (around the back of the house, hiding as much of it so it would not be too visible, keeping the lines off my cedar siding on my house).....I have dealt with ALOT of subcontractors in my day- this group, from diggers to panel installers were TRULY TOP NOTCH professionals.We are pleased to be a part of the solar world. Wow, I thought we were dealing with an honest reliable company, but they claimed it's not are fault or our problem after they severely damaged my deck and yard.

Our first solar analyst, Mr. Jay Randell quoted us for a much bigger system (44 panels/13.2kW) that what we actually needed and he had a hard time following up with us. I'm like if you had done this from the beginning we could have already signed the deal. Reviewed Oct 08, 2019 The salesman arrived and showed me a quote on his laptop. Also, I found a bank to fully finance the system so I can avail of the cash price but he still wanted to finance the FTC and grant amount. I'm now seeing a much reduced electric bill (even some refunds) and nice SREC checks every quarter. Either way, Good luck to you and I’m also glad that you don’t have my business. It should be noted that Mr. Hacker is the Vice-president of sales of the company.A solar system is quite a big investment and we believe that we deserved better customer care from Solar Energy World even when we are part of a co-op.From the first encounter to present Solar Energy has been great to work with. As I drive around looking at rooftops, I'm now noticing how important that attention to detail is. They stand behind their products and installations, even well after they are finished. He badmouthed the other companies and said how they were all lesser companies. Thanks to Daren, I got about 10 more panels than any other company was willing to install. And that's just one month's savings!
I now have a great system on my room that's cranking out power every day.
