Absolutely blow away by the crafting, writing, and visual pallet of this episode. I usually prefer to watch movies over shows usually due to the time commitment which is why I probably have enjoyed Black Mirror so much recently. An overly sentimental and tedious episode. i never fast forward this show because it's really amazing, but this one was really the first. Sign up for the Black Mirror: San Junipero was a beautiful episode,it was filled with emotions and it was a nice change in the overall dark theme that black Mirror represents. As I was watching this episode, I found myself cringing at the forced dialogue and the bland character development. Bravo San Junipero.
The others, in chronological order, are: first and last episodes of Twin Peaks, Jose Chung's From Outer Space of X-Files, and Blink of Doctor Who. This is probably the worst or the second worst of the episodes. The music, the clubs, the fashion, the atmosphere. No reason to give away the worthless twist I saw coming a mile away.

This is more like a movie than a tv serie episode. The pacing and delivery of the story was amazing, you were slowly given what was going on, and the ending, once reached seemed inevitable. 94 out of 142 found this helpful. Yorkie, a shy and timid girl from an uptight family, goes to a night club, a place where she definitely feels out of place. They’ll fight. 101 out of 196 found this helpful. Although in other episodes Black Mirror has focused on the darker side of technology, this one focuses on how technology could connect people instead. I thought it was pretty boring. It felt like one. I knew it, right there and then that I'd found my people. The forward and bluntness of the character Kelly, and the weirdness and awkwardness of Yorkie made both characters incredibly unlike-able for me and I found it very difficult to warm to them. 30 out of 60 found this helpful The episode is set in a beach resort town named San Junipero, where the introverted Yorkie meets the more outgoing Kelly.
