When we asked our server about the differences between the steak included in the Butchers Block and the Prime Sirloin, she couldn't tell us, as such we didn't try the Butchers Block and we were forced to order cuts that we had prior knowledge of (filet mignon and the Prime Sirloin).Great food, great service, and a very friendly staff, very accommodatingGreat food and service.
