Great location with being only 2 blocks from the beach and Pismo (the town) yes it is an older park and spaces a bit tight I have a 34' motorhome with 2 slides.However the people have always been friendly and helpful. This park isn't a fancy resort, but if you want a charming, clean place to stay this is your place. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Close to the middle of town with river running on west side, and a walking/biking path very close. Has wifi pool and jacuzzi even though we didn't use any of them. The swimming pool is open, but the spa will remain closed due to lack of space to maintain physical distancing.
