I don't know why they have it listed as the 15 1/2 inch blade when the picture clearly shows the mini. While perhaps not as well known as the Nepalese Kukri, the Malaysian Parang is also designed to be a general purpose utility knife and thus, the length of the blade can vary from relatively short to relatively long depending on the user’s intended purpose for the knife.
